Give ‘em free stuff. A new survey found that employees say having free food and drinks would be a big perk when it comes to going back into the office.

46% wanted free beverages, 45% wanted free food, and 45% wanted regular breaks.

I kinda agree… but also one of the main benefits of working from home is the flexibility it provides. Without the need to commute to an office, employees can save time and money on transportation costs.

Additionally, working from home allows for a better work-life balance, as individuals can better manage their time and prioritize their personal responsibilities. Most believe it can lead to increased productivity and job satisfaction.  ~Lori
