When we were looking for our Fur-ever friend, we weren’t in any way thinking about being a show home. When we found Cali, we thought, why not? We know nothing about dog shows, but we have had an excellent support staff along the way. Cali (aka Caliber – CH Solaris Midnight Kiss) finished her Championship this weekend. We can now say we have a Champion dog. She finished in just 16 months and the first in her litter to finish. She was on fire all weekend in Maryland. Thursday and Friday with 5pt and 4 point back to back Majors (BOW/WB both days). Saturday she went Reserve and on Sunday WB for 2 points to finish as a champion. We will take a little break, but decided to continue to show her with the goal of Grand Champion.
We love to get her out in public so you will probably see us somewhere around Richmond. Be sure to say hi. She loves the attention 🙂
