I’m just a Carolina boy who’s bringing the noise! I was born and raised in North Carolina (go Heels) and have loved country music for as long as I can remember. In fact, some of my fondest childhood memories are riding in the car with my dad while he cranks up Toby Keith’s greatest hits album. Sure, maybe I shouldn’t have known all the lyrics to I Love This Bar at just 9 years old, but oh well.
Little did I know how that early exposure to the genre would go on to shape my career path as an adult. I’ve been doing country radio for well over a decade now, having worked on-air in my home state as well as West Virginia, Maryland, and now here in the Old Dominion! And even after all these years I’m still having a blast with it.
When I’m not on-air slinging out music and mouth sounds, you can usually find me either at the gym, local open mics, cuddling on the couch with my cat, or wherever fine pasta is sold.
