I love a good whiskey and I was especially excited to hear this. Eric Church officially enters the whiskey business by announcing his partnership with Outsiders Spirits. In a press release, Eric said, “Church Choir, I’m excited to share with you a project we’ve been working on for almost two years. You all know that I love whiskey. I write about it in my songs. . . Through this creative spirit, I’m proud to announce to you – Whiskey Jypsi.”
Whiskey JYPSI Legacy Batch 001, is the first in a series of forthcoming limited releases and features “rare and complex blends of aged whiskeys. Blending three distinct whiskeys, each at different stages of development from 4 to 20 years old, creating unexpectedly rich layers of aroma and flavor – not generally found in spirits.”
Legacy Batch 001 will be available in 38 states and online starting May 16.
