Country legend Willie Nelson is returning to Innsbrook After Hours on Wednesday, September 23 as part of its 30th anniversary season. Tickets for the show go on sale Wednesday, May 20 at 10:00 A.M. at www.InnsbrookAfterHours.com, charge by phone at 804-794-6700.

The singer-songwriter-actor-activist recently turned 82, and he shows no signs of slowing down either on stage, in the recording studio or in support of some of his favorite causes. With a six-decade career and 200 plus albums, this iconic Texan is the creative genius behind the historic recordings of Crazy, Red Headed Stranger and Stardust. Willie Nelson has earned every conceivable award as a musician and amassed reputable credentials as an author, actor and activist.  He and long-time friend and Merle Haggard have an album, Django and Jimmie, coming out June 2 and have released the second single off of the album, “Unfair Weather Friend.” The new album will feature 14 brand-new studio recordings including: “Django and Jimmie,” “Singing Brakeman,” “The Only Man Wilder Than Me” and many more.

For 30 years, Innsbrook After Hours has brought some of the greatest concerts to the Central Virginia area. From Jason Aldean, Luke Bryan and Eric Church to Rascal Flatts, Dierks Bentley and Chris Young; from B.B King, Willie Nelson and ZZ Top, to Train, the Avett Brothers and countless others, Innsbrook After Hours has been a top music destination for Virginia’s biggest music lovers.  A special 30th Anniversary weekend long celebration will feature concerts from Foreigner on May 29, Lee Brice on May 30, Rusted Root with The Wailers on May 31, George Clinton and Parliament Funkadelic on June 4, Michael McDonald on June 10, Chris Young on June 25, Buddy Guy on July 1, Justin Moore on July 15, 311 on July 22, Hank Williams Jr. on August 1, Andy Grammer and American Authors on August 6, Tyler Farr with Parmalee on August 12,  ZZ Top with Blackberry Smoke on August 13, The Beach Boys on August 19, O.A.R on August 20, Boyz II Men on August 27, Jamey Johnson on September 9 and Hunter Hayes on September 17. Tickets for these shows are already on sale.
