Best and worst Girl Scout cookies if you're trying to hold on to your New Years resolution.
Best
Shortbread! Shortbread, or Trefoils in certain locations, hold 120 calories per serving with 4.5 total grams of fat, 2g's of saturated fat, 105 mg of sodium and 19g's of total carbohydrates. One serving, BTW, is four cookies. Which means the calories are pretty low per cookie with the least amount of total fat and sugar (compared to the rest, of course).
Worst
Caramel deLites! Congrats to the Caramel deLites, or Samoas in certain locations, for earning the title of "least healthy" in the Girl Scout cookie line. 2-cookies have 140-calories, 7g's of total fat, 6g's of saturated fat, 85 mg of sodium and 19g's of total carbs. Caramel deLites also have the most sugar in all the cookies. Sugar even comes before flour on the list of ingredients.
